  • A comprehensive substance use assessment can also be called a Chemical Dependency evaluation, DUI evaluation, or SUD evaluation. It is a 90 minute appointment and includes all court paperwork if needed.

  • Low Intensity Outpatient treatment can be the beginning of a change experience or a transition from a higher level of care. Typically this is 1:1 care 1-3 times per week dependent on need and is scheduled individually with each client.

    Maintenance Programming is a step down for further support and longevity in that support.

  • The Seminar is state approved utilizing the Prime For Life education and is conveniently offered on a Saturday/Sunday and held every 4-6 weeks. For those not local to the FM area, it can be attended virtually.

  • The Minor Education Seminar is state approved utilizing the Prime For Life education and is conveniently offered on a Saturday and held every 4-6 weeks. For those not local to the FM area, it can be attended virtually.
